Chocolate Whey Protein Smoothie

2 scoops of chocolate whey protein isolate
16 oz. unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
1 pack stevia
2 tbls. chia seeds or flax seeds (or a chia/flax blend)
fill with ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
